On-site Professional Staff
The Pointe at Pinhook is staffed with a professional management and maintenance team located on-site during regular business hours, so students can pop in with questions or concerns. Our maintenance team is always on call in case of an emergency.
Individual Leases
Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of The Pointe for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent.
Roommate Matching
We have a roommate matching system. If you don’t have anyone in mind that you would like to live with, let us match you up with someone! Contact our leasing office for more details.
Pet Policy
We know having a pet is a great advantage for our residents. For the safety of the neighborhood, we have a few restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for details regarding our breed restriction list.
Furnishings
All units come fully furnished and offer premium appliance packages. All kitchens are outfitted with stainless steel appliances (In Select Units), dining table, dining chairs and barstools. Our designer bedroom furnishings include full-sized bed, desk and chair and dresser. The living area comes with an upscale furniture package including leather couches and chairs, end table, coffee table and Flat Screen TV.

We know that it can be hard to find a quiet place to focus, so we have created smart spaces for private study.
